This is an initial 8-week contract delivering refurbishment and improvement works within an educational environment. Following successful completion of the project, there is a strong opportunity to move directly onto another scheme with the contractor, providing continuity of work. The Project The works involve the refurbishment and upgrade of school facilities, including: Internal refurbishment and fit-out works. Plastering and decoration packages. Painting and finishing works. Joinery and carpentry works. Building repairs and maintenance works. General refurbishment and improvement works across the school estate. You will be responsible for managing site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards.
