The ideal candidate, will have experience working on social housing projects before and due to client payment methods this role will be P.A.Y.E ONLY. Key Requirements: Valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid tickets.. Proven experience managing similar social housing projects Strong health & safety and site procedure knowledge is essential. Key Duties: Overseeing day-to-day site operations. Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme. Maintaining high standards of H&S compliance. Reporting into the senior operations team on project updates. Working closely with the commercial team to ensure the project is on budget. Coordinating works across site and conducting constant quality checks. This is a great opportunity for a Site Manager with relevant experience looking for a short-term contract.
