This contract covers internal refurbishments ( kitchens and bathrooms ) across occupied social housing stock. You will be responsible for operational delivery, subcontractor management, H&S compliance, and driving progress to meet strict project completion targets by March 2027 while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
