The ideal candidate, will have experience working on medium-large construction projects with a strong understanding of groundworks packages and MUST HAVE either an in-date DBS (Issued within the last 6 months) or MOD Security Clearances. Key Requirements: Valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid tickets. MUST HAVE: In-date DBS Certificate or MOD Security Clearances Proven experience managing similar new build construction/groundworks projects. Strong health & safety and site procedure knowledge is essential. Key Duties: Overseeing day-to-day site operations. Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme.
