Project Details: Duration: Ongoing Scope: fire remediation upgrades and-repairs both internal and external on a medical centre. Environment: Live site, working at height and within confined spaces Requirements: Valid SMSTS CSCS Card First Aid at Work ESSENTIAL to have VINCI Security Clearances Proven experience managing similar social-housing projects-(desirable) Strong health & safety awareness, particularly with roof and void works Duties: Overseeing day-to-day site operations Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme Maintaining high standards of H&S compliance Coordinating works in roof spaces and void areas Reporting progress to the project team This is a great opportunity for a-Site Manager with relevant experience looking for a short/medium term contract.
