Site Manager - BasildonKitchens and Bathrooms- Social HousingUp to £55,000 plus package- 6 Month Fixed-Term Our Client, a construction contractor are currently looking for a Site Manager to join their planned works division. Projects that are being delivered will be KandB projects to street properties in the area . They are being delivered to tower blocks and scattered properties around the Basildon area. On a day to day basis, you will act as an integral part of the operational team and carry out the following duties: Management of sub-contractors and direct operativesLead the site team to the best of your abilityManage delivery of works to specificationHave several direct reports to manage including RLO''s and office staffPre and post inspections of worksHealth and safety and quality checks My client are looking for someone with strong communication skills and a proven track record managing and delivering kitchen and bathroom schemes. A valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS, and Asbestos Awareness are required. This is a fixted-term contract which will offer great development for the successful candidate.
