They will be being delivered to tower blocks and scattered properties in Wisbech and the surrounding areas.    On a day to day basis, you will act as an integral part of the operational team and carry out the following duties: Management of sub-contractors & direct operatives Lead the site team to the best of your ability Manage delivery of works to specification Have several direct reports to manage including RLO''s and office staff Pre & post inspections of works Health & safety & quality checks   My client are looking for someone with strong communication skills and a proven track record managing and delivering planned maintenance projects as well as working on EWI schemes of work.
