Site Manager - South LondonPlanned Maintenance - Social HousingUp to £250 per day Our Client, a leading nationwide construction contractor are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their planned work division on a temporary contract . Projects that are being delivered will be external planned maintenance schemes of work. They will be being delivered to tower blocks and scattered properties across South London. On a day to day basis, you will act as an integral part of the operational team and carry out the following duties:Management of sub-contractors and direct operativesLead the site team to the best of your abilityManage delivery of works to specificationHave several direct reports to manage including RLO''s and office staffPre and post inspections of worksHealth and safety and quality checksComplete regular snagging inspections My client are looking for someone that has strong communication skills and a proven track record managing and delivering external planned maintenance projects schemes of work. A valid SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS are required. A valid UK drivers license and your own vehicle is also required for this position.
