Company: Force Contracting Services Location: Heysham Nuclear Power Station, Lancashire (Head Office: Worksop, Nottinghamshire) Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent (PAYE) Salary: £20 -£22/hour (higher rates available depending on experience, qualifications, and tickets) About the Role Force Contracting Services are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee civil engineering and groundworks operations at Heysham Nuclear Power Station. This is a permanent PAYE position offering stable, year-round work, strong support, and clear progression. Duties: Managing site operatives, subcontractors, and plant operators Coordinating daily site activities and ensuring programmes are met Ensuring compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards Delivering site briefings and toolbox talks Liaising with clients, site management, and project teams Monitoring productivity and maintaining site records Supporting delivery of civil engineering works Promoting a strong safety culture on site Requirements: SMSTS qualification Valid CSCS Card Previous experience managing civil engineering or groundworks projects Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to organise and manage site activities effectively What We Offer: Permanent PAYE employment Consistent year-round work 28 days paid holiday entitlement (including bank holidays) Overtime paid at x1.5 on Saturdays and x2 on Sundays Travel and accommodation provided All PPE provided Company-funded training and ..... full job details .....
