Site Manager - Fire Safety

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a growing SME Main Contractor delivering a range of fire remediation and fire safety projects across the South East London area. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and knowledgeable Site Manager looking to join a well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of works and long-term career prospects. The Role You will be responsible for managing fire remediation and fire safety projects from site set-up through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing day-to-day site operations Managing subcontractors and site teams Ensuring full compliance with current health and safety legislation Maintaining high quality standards throughout project delivery Liaising with clients, residents, consultants, and senior management Ensuring works comply with the latest Building Safety regulations and fire safety requirements Managing programme delivery and site documentation Requirements To be considered for this role, you must have: Proven experience managing fire remediation and fire safety projects Excellent knowledge of the updated Building Safety Regulations Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to manage projects safely and efficiently within occupied environments Essential Certifications SMSTS CSCS Card First Aid at Work What s on Offer Temp-to-perm opportunity Competitive rates/salary ..... full job details .....
