Site Manager - FIRE COMPARTMENTS

CJS Recruitment are looking for Site Managers for a large and expanding construction company. We are looking for somone-who has strong knowlege in-fire compartmentalisation and roofing systems. This role requires in-depth knowledge of passive fire protection methods, roofing systems and building regulations related to fire safety.This role is for Day and Night work.-

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES;

- Manage daily site operations, including labour, materials, subcontractors and equipement.

- Oversee roofing works including installation, inspection, repair and compliance with manufacturer specifications-

- Implement and manage Health and Safety procedures, risk assessments and method statements (RAMS)

- Ensure accurate documentaion is maintained including site diaries, inspection records and compliance certificates.

- Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to senior managment.

- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings-

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS;

Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry - Ideally in Fire Protection and Roofing Sectors

- Strong understanding of Fire Compartmentalisation principles, Passive fire protection systems and relevant UK fire safety regulations-

- Extensive knowledge of various roofing systems including flat roofs, Liquid Plastic roofing-

- Strong leadership and great communication skills to manage teams and liasing with clients, engineers, labourers.-

- SMSTS / SSSTS-

- CSCS-

- First Aid at Work-

- Asbestos awareness-

- NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management or equivalent-
