Site Manager (FIRAS)

We are currently seeking an experienced FIRAS Site Manager to oversee fire protection works on an ongoing project based in Portsmouth.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and safety-focused individual with experience managing fire door installation, fire door maintenance, and fire stopping projects within live environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise site teams carrying out:
  • Fire Door Installations
  • Fire Door Maintenance
  • Fire Stopping Works
• Monitor progress, quality, and compliance across all work areas.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure works are completed to the required standards.
• Oversee surveyors working within the General Infirmary, ensuring works are carried out safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders as required.
• Maintain accurate site records and provide progress updates to the project team.

Essential Requirements

• Valid CSCS Card
• Valid SMSTS 
• FIRAS Approved Supervisor – Fire Doors and Fire Stopping
• Proven experience managing passive fire protection projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Experience working within live healthcare or occupied environments is advantageous.
