This is a part-time opportunity, with the successful candidate required on site for 2 days per week over the next 3 months . The Role: Location: Mansfield Duration: 3 months Days: 2 days per week Rate: -280 per day Start: ASAP Role: Site Manager / Finishing Manager Responsibilities: Overseeing the final stages of works on site. Managing and coordinating finishing and snagging activities. Monitoring subcontractors and ensuring works are completed to a high standard. Identifying and resolving outstanding defects and issues. Ensuring plots are progressing towards completion and handover. Liaising with subcontractors, site teams and senior management. Maintaining high standards of quality, health and safety and housekeeping. Keeping on top of the programme and ensuring outstanding works are completed within agreed timescales.
