Site Manager / Finishing Manager

Linsco are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a project in Mansfield, with the role primarily focused on finishing and snagging works.This is a part-time opportunity, with the successful candidate required on site for 2 days per week over the next 3 months.The Role:Location: MansfieldDuration: 3 monthsDays: 2 days per weekRate: 280 per dayStart: ASAPRole: Site Manager / Finishing ManagerResponsibilities:Overseeing the final stages of works on site.Managing and coordinating finishing and snagging activities.Monitoring subcontractors and ensuring works are completed to a high standard.Identifying and resolving outstanding defects and issues.Ensuring plots are progressing towards completion and handover.Liaising with subcontractors, site teams and senior management.Maintaining high standards of quality, health and safety and housekeeping.Keeping on top of the programme and ensuring outstanding works are completed within agreed timescales.Requirements:Previous experience as a Site Manager, Finishing Manager or Assistant Site Manager.Strong experience within new build housing or residential construction.Good knowledge of finishing, snagging and handover processes.Excellent organisational and communication skills.Relevant CSCS card and site management qualifications.A proactive approach with a strong eye for detail.If interested then please apply with your CV.
