Site Manager

We''re currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading Tier 1 Principal Contractor on a major commercial development in London. The project will be running for another 2.5 years. It is a large scale commercial build over 100million in value. The role will have a strong focus on internal works and fit-out, so we''re looking for someone with a solid track record delivering high-quality internals packages on large-scale commercial projects.Experience working within a cut and carve / refurbishment environment would be highly beneficial, as would a good understanding of working within complex existing structures and live project environments.Key requirements:Proven experience as a Site Manager with a Tier 1 main/principal contractorStrong background in commercial construction and internal worksExperience managing subcontractors, programmes, quality and HandSComfortable coordinating multiple trades and packagesPrevious cut and carve, refurbishment or major redevelopment experience preferredStrong communication and organisational skillsRelevant construction qualifications, including SMSTS and First AidThis is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile London development with a well-established Tier 1 contractor and play a key role in delivering the internal works to a high standard.Apply here or for more information contact Rebecca Giles on (url removed) ..... full job details .....
