Site Manager

A well-established and rapidly expanding Social Housing Contractor are currently looking to recruit a Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis.The company have gone from strength to strength each year and have an exciting growth plan in place, with a healthy pipeline of work across the North West and Yorkshire region. The company specialise in retrofit and decarbonisation to tenanted Social Housing properties, with a goal to reduce fuel poverty and the carbon footprint.They are looking to recruit a Site Manager to join them to manage a large scheme across Huddersfield, Wakefield, Deswbury, Castleford areas which consists of Solar Panel and Air Source Heat Pump installations to tenanted Social Housing properties.Responsibilities of a Site Manager:Embedding the client''s requirements in every aspect of the project, offering the clients added value to give them the assurance that they can trust the Contractor in providing a quality start-to-finish deliveryAssisting with any problems or concerns on siteRegular liaison with the client, discussing progress and acting as the company representativeManaging and championing Health and SafetyProgramming and planning all worksEnsuring programmes are adhered to and work is completed within budget constraints and to correct timescalesManaging quality of work being completed by in house staff and sub-contractorsReporting and Recruitment of staff, organising trades and labourEnsuring KPI''s are being achievedThe successful candidate ..... full job details .....
