Site Manager

A leading main contractor is currently looking to hire an experienced Site Manager - Internals to join a major residential development in Dunstable.This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager with a strong background in new-build residential internals, taking responsibility for a defined section of approximately 30-40 apartments through to completion.You will be responsible for managing the internal construction process, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme and to the required quality standards.The RoleManage the internal fit-out of approximately 30-35 residential unitsCoordinate and supervise subcontractors across all internal packagesDrive programme and ensure works are delivered to agreed datesMonitor workmanship, quality and finishing standardsCoordinate drylining, partitions, ceilings, MEP interfaces and associated internal tradesCarry out regular inspections and ensure defects are identified and closed outMaintain accurate site records and communicate progress to the wider project teamLiaise closely with commercial, design and construction teamsEnsure all works are undertaken in accordance with health and safety requirementsManage the handover and completion of apartments to the required standardAbout YouThe successful candidate will have:Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential or apartment developmentsStrong knowledge of internal fit-out and finishingExperience managing subcontractors and multiple ..... full job details .....
