This Site Manager role offers a minimum 2-year freelance contract, with further extension potential, working on a high-profile scheme delivered as part of the DfE Framework.About the Role of Site ManagerAs Site Manager, you will play a key role in the delivery of a large-scale new build education project from construction through to completion. Working alongside the Project Manager, Senior Site Manager, and wider delivery team, you will manage key packages of work, drive programme performance, and ensure the highest standards of safety and quality are maintained throughout the build.This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading contractor with a strong pipeline of public sector and education projects across the region.Responsibilities for Site Manager Managing day-to-day site operations across key construction packages Coordinating subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely and on programme Monitoring progress against project milestones and reporting to senior management Conducting site inspections and quality assurance checks Reviewing and implementing RAMS across all site activities Leading toolbox talks and maintaining a strong health and safety culture Working closely with consultants, client representatives, and project stakeholders Assisting with project handover and commissioning ..... full job details .....
