We are working with a highly respected fit out contractor with an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality commercial projects for high-profile clients across London.Due to continued organic growth and a strong pipeline of repeat business, they are looking to hire an experienced Site Manager to join the team on projects typically valued up to 10 million.This is a long term opportunity with a business known for its collaborative culture, quality delivery, and strong relationships with both clients and supply chain partners.The role will suit a driven Site Manager with a strong background in fast paced commercial fit out projects and a proactive approach to programme management, logistics, and health and safety. Key ResponsibilitiesManaging day-to-day site operations from pre-construction through to handoverDriving programme and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standardCoordinating subcontractors and maintaining strong site productivityManaging site logistics within challenging live and occupied environmentsMaintaining exceptional standards of health, safety, and qualityIdentifying and mitigating key project risksLeading site meetings and maintaining clear communication with project teams and clientsEnsuring works are delivered in line with programme, budget, and client expectationsRequirementsProven experience as a Site Manager within commercial fit out/refurbishmentTrack record delivering projects up to 10mStrong understanding of programme ..... full job details .....
