You will be a key part of the project team, taking ownership of the daily site operations and overall delivery of the development. You will be responsible for ensuring plots advance safely, efficiently and in accordance with the agreed programme, quality standards and company requirements. Previous experience delivering timber frame housing developments is essential for this role. You will need a thorough understanding of timber frame construction, installation and sequencing, alongside proven experience overseeing multiple residential plots from commencement through to completion and handover.
