Site Manager

We are working with a established high-end fit out and specialist contractor delivering luxury fit out projects across London and internationally.

Working across sectors including private residential and hospitality, they are known for delivering exceptional quality and maintaining long-standing relationships with clients through trust, collaboration and high standards.

The business has a strong in-house capability across a range of specialist packages and operates within a collaborative, multicultural environment that values initiative, accountability and teamwork.

Projects are typically high-end fit out and refurbishment schemes ranging up to -50m in value.

• Managing day-to-day site operations on high-end fit out and refurbishment projects across London
• Coordinating subcontractors, specialist trades and supply chain teams
• Driving programme, quality and health & safety on site
• Working closely with clients, consultants and project teams throughout delivery
• Maintaining exceptionally high finishing standards
• Managing logistics, sequencing and coordination of multiple work packages
• Leading site teams in a proactive and positive manner
• Taking ownership of site activities and resolving issues effectively

• Experience delivering high-end fit out, luxury residential or hospitality projects
• Strong attention to detail and passion for quality
• Confident managing client-facing projects and fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Hands-on, organised and solutions-focused approach
• Comfortable working within a collaborative and less corporate environment
• Positive attitude with the ability to work across different teams and cultures
