You will play a key role within the project, with responsibility for the day-to-day management and overall delivery of the development. You must ensure plots are progressed safely, efficiently and in accordance with the time frame set, quality, and company spec. Previous experience delivering traditional-build housing is non-negotiable for this role. You must have a strong understanding of traditional housebuilding methods, construction progression, and the management of multiple plots through to completion and handover. Ability to manage programmes from foundations to handover stage is essential to ensure the smooth running of the overall development and customer satisfaction.
