This one of several schemes for the same local authority client secured on a regional framework agreement. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all site-based construction activities for the site including short-term programming of works, health and safety, review of method statements, risk assessments, call off of materials, logistics, quality control, client liaison, coordination meetings, reporting on progress against program, etc, snagging and handover.
