Site Manager

The company specialise in construction, property development, and specialist plant hire services for public and private sector clients across the North of England, working across residential and public properties with the aim to improve the condition of homes and communities across the region. The company work across internal refurbishments, external refurbishments, new-build developments, regeneration projects and environmental improvements.

They are looking for a Site Manager to join their team on a flagship EWI high-rise scheme, 4 blocks. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established Main Contractor who have a healthy pipeline of work and operate on a number of schemes.

You will be reporting into a Contracts Manager and your responsibilities will include:

• The smooth operational, ensuring the programme of works is completed within correct timescales and budget.
• Ensuring health & safety is maintained and creating a positive attitude towards H&S throughout the team.
• Monitoring the quality of work
• Liaising with the client
• Programming works
• Ordering materials
• Working closely with the Tenant Liaison Officer and ensuring tenant satisfaction is maintained

Experience needed:

SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are required tickets

Must have social housing EWI experience

You must be able to demonstrate a stable and progressive career history on your CV

The salary on offer is -55k (depending on experience) plus package and other benefits
