This project has 2 & 1/2 years left to run before completion. This contractor has set up a regional office in Cardiff and has a future pipeline of work in the South Wales & Bristol area''s. Main Responsibilities and Duties: Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality procedures Subcontract Packages/sections of work Quality and delivery within budget and programme Client liaison and reporting Planning and design Overseeing Engineering/Quality/Record keeping Risk assessments and Method statements Manage site inductions Draw up and monitor short term programmes Organise site logistics Awareness of budget, cost control and cost recovery, ensuring that expenditure is in line with the contract budget, and that resources are utilised efficiently Monitor effectiveness of the H & S Management System Manage sub-contractors, including monitoring of contractor attendance and progress, providing direct instruction and support as necessary, such that contractual arrangements are achieved ...
