Site Manager

The company specialise in the delivery of drylining, joinery and fire protection services within the NHS and Commercial sectors.

The comapny are seeking a Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis. Initially you will be working on a scheme in Halifax, which is the internal refurbishment of two wards within a live hospital environment.

You will be reporting into a Contracts Manager and your responsibilities will include:

• The smooth operational, ensuring the programme of works is completed within correct timescales and budget.
• Ensuring health & safety is maintained and creating a positive attitude towards H&S throughout the team.
• Monitoring the quality of work
• Liaising with the client
• Programming works
• Ordering materials
• Working closely with the Tenant Liaison Officer and ensuring tenant satisfaction is maintained

Experience needed:

SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are required tickets

You must be able to demonstrate a stable and progressive career history on your CV

The salary on offer is -45-50k(depending on experience) plus 5k car allowance and other benefits
