Site Manager

Fawkes & Reece are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a highly respected house builder on an exciting 180-unit timber frame development in Liverpool.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and experienced Site Manager to take a key role in the delivery of a large-scale residential development, working alongside an established and professional project team.

You''ll take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the development, leading subcontractors and trades, driving programme and productivity, and ensuring homes are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

We''re looking for someone who is confident running a busy residential site, can lead from the front and has a genuine eye for quality, programme and health & safety.

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within new builds homes.
• Strong experience managing multiple plots on a busy development.
• Timber frame experience is essential
• Excellent knowledge of build programmes, sequencing and construction processes

The Role Requires

• SMSTS
• First Aid
• CSCS
• Recent Reference from a site manager role in new build housing
