This is a smaller, more hands-on development, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to take ownership of the site and play a key role in its overall delivery. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring plots progress safely, efficiently and in line with programme, quality standards and company requirements. Previous experience delivering timber frame housing developments is essential for this position. You will need a strong understanding of timber frame construction, erection and sequencing, together with the ability to manage the full build process and coordinate multiple trades through to completion and handover.
