Site Manager

The company currently have a large retrofit scheme in Manchester, which consists of EWI, roof works, window and door replacements, cladding replacement across several high rise tower blocks.

They are seeking two Site Managers to join them to work on this site.

This is a great opportunity to join a well-established Main Contractor who have a healthy pipeline of work and operate on a number of schemes.

You will be reporting into a Contracts Manager and your responsibilities will include:

• The smooth operational, ensuring the programme of works is completed within correct timescales and budget.
• Ensuring health & safety is maintained and creating a positive attitude towards H&S throughout the team
• Monitoring the quality of work
• Liaising with the client
• Programming works
• Ordering materials

Experience needed:

SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are required tickets, along with a proven track record of successfully delivering Social Housing Refurbishment schemes.

You must be able to demonstrate a stable and progressive career history on your CV.

The salary on offer is -45-55k (depending on experience) plus car allowance and other benefits such as Bupa Healthcare, Life Assurance, enhanced pension etc.
