Site Manager

A leading Tier 1 main contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their growing team on a major project based in Cardiff.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-profile development, working with a business that is rapidly expanding across the South West and is known for delivering complex, high-quality schemes.

The Role
As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for overseeing internal works packages, ensuring delivery to programme, quality, and safety standards. You will play a key role in coordinating subcontractors, driving productivity on site, and maintaining strong communication with the wider project team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate internal works on site
• Ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
• Oversee subcontractors and daily site operations
• Maintain site records and ensure compliance with company procedures
• Work closely with senior management to drive programme and performance

About You

• Proven experience as a Site Manager with a Tier 1 or reputable main contractor
• Strong background in managing internal packages on large-scale projects
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certified
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Driven, proactive, and focused on quality delivery
