The successful candidate will take a key role on a 160-unit timber frame development , leading the site team and overseeing the day-to-day construction operations to ensure the development is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager looking for an ongoing position with a respected house builder , working on a busy development with an established project team. About the Role As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the development, overseeing subcontractors, trades and site activities to ensure the project remains on programme and is delivered in line with the required quality and safety standards.
