The site is already underway, and they''re looking for a Site Manager who can take ownership of the build, keep standards high and make sure the development progresses as it should. It''s an opportunity to demonstrate what you can do within a large housebuilding business, with several further developments planned across Sussex next year. The Role Take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the site and delivery against programme. Coordinate subcontractors, trades and materials to maintain progress. Ensure build quality meets NHBC standards and company expectations. Maintain strong health & safety standards and carry out regular site inspections.
