Site Manager - Traditional Build Development

Surrey / Up to -70,000 + Package

We''re working with a major PLC housebuilder on a traditional build development in Surrey, set within an established residential area with a mix of new homes and green open space.

The site is already underway, and they''re looking for a Site Manager who can take ownership of the build, keep standards high and make sure the development progresses as it should. It''s an opportunity to demonstrate what you can do within a large housebuilding business, with several further developments planned across Sussex next year.

The Role

• Take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the site and delivery against programme.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and materials to maintain progress.
• Ensure build quality meets NHBC standards and company expectations.
• Maintain strong health & safety standards and carry out regular site inspections.
• Monitor plot progression, resolve issues and keep the wider team informed.

What We''re Looking For

• An experienced Site Manager from a residential housebuilding background.
• Ideally, experience within a PLC or volume housebuilder.
• Strong knowledge of traditional build and NHBC requirements.
• Someone who can organise trades, manage quality and keep a firm grip on programme.
• An experienced Assistant Site Manager ready to step up will also be considered.
