This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager with a strong residential background who has previously worked with a PLC housebuilder and understands the standards and processes involved in delivering high-quality new homes. Experience working on both Housing Association and Open Market developments would be highly desirable, along with a good understanding of both timber frame and traditional build methods . Key Responsibilities Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the site. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades and site labour. Ensure construction works are completed safely, efficiently and to programme. Maintain high standards of build quality throughout the development. Monitor progress and ensure build targets and deadlines are achieved. Coordinate site deliveries, materials and logistics. Ensure all health & safety procedures... Temporary
