Site Manager

I''m currently working with a key client of mine, a social housing contractor, in assisting them with recruiting of a Site Manager for their schemes across London.

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing EWI works across social housing properties across either Westminster or Haringay. You will be responsible for managing subcontractors on site, responsible for health and safety and reporting into an Operations Manager. The ideal candidate must have experience overseeing EWI works and have worked for Social Housing contractors.

This is a temp to perm role and you must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certificate.
