The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing the snagging process across completed and near-completed homes, ensuring properties are brought up to the required quality standard and handed over within programme. You will work closely with subcontractors, trades, the wider site management team and senior management to identify and close out outstanding works efficiently. Key Responsibilities Manage the snagging and finishing process across a 360-unit residential development. Carry out regular inspections of completed and partially completed properties. Identify, record and prioritise outstanding defects and remedial works. Manage subcontractors and trades to ensure snags are completed within agreed timescales. Monitor the quality of workmanship and ensure works meet company standards. Coordinate final inspections and ensure properties are ready for handover.
