The project involves the demolition and reconstruction of multiple arches to create new restaurant, caf-, retail, pub, and office units, alongside associated infrastructure and access road works. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a complex coastal regeneration project from inception through to completion. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day site operations across demolition, RC frame, masonry fa-ade, and refurbishment works. Coordinate and oversee subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification. Monitor quality across all packages and ensure works are completed in line with design drawings and technical specifications. Carry out regular site inspections and maintain high standards of health & safety and site housekeeping. Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, local authorities, and the wider project team.
