The successful candidate will have proven experience managing sections of large residential developments, ensuring work is completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your allocated area, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring the successful delivery of homes from groundwork through to completion. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day running of a designated phase or area of the development. Supervise all site activities to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to programme.
