This is an excellent opportunity to work with an established housebuilder on a long-term temporary contract, with approximately 18 months remaining on the project. The Role As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management and delivery of a residential housing development. You will ensure the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest possible quality standards. Key Responsibilities Managing the day-to-day running of the construction site. Supervising subcontractors and coordinating all daily site activities.
