This is an excellent opportunity to work with an established housebuilder on a long-term temporary contract, with approximately 18 months remaining on the project . The Role As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management and delivery of a residential housing development. You will ensure the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest possible quality standards. Key Responsibilities Managing the day-to-day running of the construction site. Supervising subcontractors and coordinating all daily site activities. Ensuring all work is carried out in line with health and safety regulations and company procedures. Managing and maintaining the construction programme to ensure deadlines are met.
