We are looking for a hands-on and proactive Site Manager with a strong background in refurbishment, fit-out or hospitality projects . The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of the works, ensuring the project is completed safely, on programme and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day activities on site and coordinate subcontractors and trades. Ensure works are completed in accordance with the programme and project specifications. Manage health & safety on site, including RAMS, inductions and daily site operations. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and deliveries. Monitor quality of workmanship and ensure defects are identified and rectified. Liaise with the Project Manager, client and other stakeholders. Attend and contribute to site meetings. Monitor progress against the programme and report any issues or delays. Maintain accurate site records and documentation. Ensure the site is kept clean, safe and organised throughout the project.
