This is an excellent opportunity to work on a flagship project with an ongoing freelance contract. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate all internal fit-out works to programme. Oversee subcontractors and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth delivery of internal packages. Monitor progress, quality, and health & safety compliance. Work closely with M&E teams to ensure seamless integration of services throughout the internal works. Requirements: Proven experience as an Internals Site Manager on high-rise projects. Strong M&E coordination experience is essential. Previous experience working for a Tier 1 Contractor is highly desirable. Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates. Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
