Site Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Internals Site Manager to join a Tier 1 Contractor on a major high-rise development in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a flagship project with an ongoing freelance contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all internal fit-out works to programme.
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth delivery of internal packages.
• Monitor progress, quality, and health & safety compliance.
• Work closely with M&E teams to ensure seamless integration of services throughout the internal works.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Internals Site Manager on high-rise projects.
• Strong M&E coordination experience is essential.
• Previous experience working for a Tier 1 Contractor is highly desirable.
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
