CLADDING SITE MANAGER — NORWICH

Fairmead are currently recruiting a Cladding Site Manager on a short-term temporary basis on behalf of our client, a specialist cladding contractor working under a leading main contractor in Norwich.

Overview of role

• Location: Norwich, NR4 7GJ
• Duration: 4 weeks — 5th to 30th October
• Hours: 7.30am to 4pm
• Free parking on site
• Managing a team of 8 cladders on external wall cladding

Requirements

• Proven cladding experience and a background managing cladding teams
• Comfortable running the works day to day and overseeing the gang
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• CSCS card (any card accepted)
• IPAF advantageous but not essential
• Well presented and clearly identifiable as the team leader
• Good communication with the main contractor and the supply chain
• Lead on Health & Safety on the cladding package
