Anderselite are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in facades to oversee the delivery of high-quality faandccedil;ade installations on projects in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing external envelope works, including cladding, curtain walling, rainscreen systems, and other faandccedil;ade elements, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring faandccedil;ade works are completed safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain smooth workflow and adherence to programme schedules.
- Monitor quality control and compliance with design specifications, building regulations, and health andamp; safety requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings, addressing any issues promptly.
- Work closely with the project management team to track progress, report on key milestones, and manage risks.
- Ensure all site documentation, including RAMS, permits, and progress reports, are up to date.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in site management within the faandccedil;ade, cladding, or curtain walling industry.
- Strong understanding of faandccedil;ade systems, construction methods, and building regulations.
- SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid at Work certification.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Experience working on commercial, residential, or high-rise faandccedil;ade projects is advantageous.
