Site Manager - Facade

Clearfield require an experienced site manager in Brighton, East Sussex working for a family run contractor with experience in facade projects.

The project will run from initial site set up, a full facade replacement, through to completion and handover. Currently the facade is inclusive of zinc cladding, brickwork and render which will require full replacement via specialist subcontractors.

Support on the project will be in the form of a roaming project manager, a dedicated quantity surveyor as well as a visiting in-house quality manager.

This is permanent position and experience of working on new build schemes would be advantageous.

The role will be initially based on a project in Brighton, with future projects likely based in Surrey and into London.
