Site Manager £70,000 - £80,000 + Benefits + Permanent Edinburgh Are you a Site Manager or similar with a background in commercial construction? Are you looking to take on a leadership position with a national construction company who undertake a wide variety of lucrative projects? On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established and expanding natural stone specialist, delivering a range of projects including landscaping, public realm, new facades and facade restorations. You will play a key role in managing site operations, coordinating teams and subcontractors, and acting as the company''s representative throughout the project. This varied role will see you overseeing day-to-day site activities, managing staff and subcontractors, coordinating delivery schedules and work programmes, carrying out Health and Safety checks and assessments, and attending site meetings. You will also be involved in design development and fabrication process control, helping ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
