The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring works are delivered safely, to the required quality standards, and within a challenging programme. This is a hands-on role requiring a proactive individual who can drive subcontractor performance, coordinate multiple trades, resolve issues quickly, and maintain excellent client relationships within an occupied environment. Key Responsibilities Manage all site activities and subcontractors. Drive programme delivery to achieve completion within the six-week timescale. Coordinate fire door, fire remediation and minor M&E works. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, quality standards and project specifications.
