Site Manager (Enhanced DBS Essential)

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee light refurbishment and external works on occupied school sites. You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors, ensure programmes are met, and maintain the highest standards of health & safety, quality, and safeguarding while liaising with the client and school staff.

Requirements:

• Previous experience managing refurbishment projects in occupied schools.
• Enhanced DBS (essential).
• SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and First Aid.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
