Site Engineer / Site Manager Educational New Build Project Location: Belfast - Full-time - Permanent We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer/Site Manager to lead the delivery of a high-profile new build educational facility. This role involves coordinating all on-site activities, managing subcontractors, and ensuring work is completed to the highest HSQE standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee civil/structural works and ensure project delivery on time and within budget Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and design teams Manage timelines, materials procurement, and compliance with specifications Ensure all health and safety regulations and documentation are in place Prepare reports, risk assessments, and chair technical meetings Requirements: Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering 3+ years'' experience in a similar role Strong technical knowledge of construction and site management Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Full EU/Irish driving licence Relevant Health and Safety training What We Offer: Competitive salary + benefits Company van and fuel card Laptop, mobile phone and pension contribution CPD accredited employer with career development opportunities Ready to take the next step in your engineering career?
